         第一步：通过EXCEL模板导入考勤人员。


下载标准的考勤人员名单列表，然后按照标准的EXCEL格式进行填写,如已经有对应的EXCEL考勤人员名单,则请按照模板的表格形式编辑处理一下,然后上存后,点击下一步。

导入考勤人员资料前，请先把公司的基础数据先完善一下：例如，部门分类、职位等级、公司所在位置（如果有分公司、连锁分支等情况，强烈建议先完善）。这些组织数据的完善有利于导入考勤人员的时候完善相关的组织数据。


上图的第三方ID是指公司的内部ID,这里为了保留原有的自编号ID,以方便作对应存档。

第二步：成功导入考勤人员后，需要进入响应编辑界面进行相关操作，并选择对应需要存入档案的，提交后会提示是否成功存档。提示成功的，才会正式成为系统考勤人员。

第三步：如果需要考勤人员可以通过手机端查阅资料的（例如考勤记录，请假操作，调班操作等等），则需要关联到考勤人员注册的系统账号才能达到这目的：导入流程完成后，进入考勤人员列表，点击对应的考勤人员，并把考勤人员注册的系统用户ID进行关联,完成这步骤后,考勤人员就可以在手机端进行相关的操作了.
