下面分三个语言版本的流程图简述系统操作流程:

第一、首先把考勤人员导入到系统，有两种形式导入系统：手动新增考勤人员；通过Excel把原有公司的人员导入到系统。部分行业可以通过行业管理机构的云数据库API导入到系统。

第二、导入人员后，进行设置考勤设置并激活考勤设置后，运行本月排班请求。

第三、接入考勤设备，可通过系统提供的APP程序,定时把设备的考勤数据同步到系统，这个前提是考勤编号无必和系统的考勤编号一致。另一种情况是设备重置、情况设备考勤人员，过关系统提供的人员同步到设备的程序，把系统云端考勤人员同步到考勤设备。

以上三点完成后，再设置一下基本的组织数据，如部门、工种、职位等等之后，基本完成输入这个大步骤，接下来系统会每天进行任务作业计算考勤报表。主要的考勤报表分为按排班（排更）、按日、按月的报表进行输出到界面上，并提供导出下载功能。
